Attorney - Kathleen Spitzer, Esq.
 Kathleen Spitzer has extensive knowledge in corporate, business and real estate law matters. She is the author of "The Wyoming Corporate Handbook" and specializes in helping individuals understand the complexities of business structures and assisting entrepreneurs in protecting their assets and limiting their liability exposure.
Kathleen graduated Magna Cum Laude from the College of the Holy Cross in Worcester, Massachusetts and received her J.D. from the Northwestern School of Law of Lewis and Clark College in Portland Oregon where she was editor-in-chief of the law journal, Animal Law.
Kathleen is a member of the Wyoming, Idaho and Oregon State Bar Associations. An active investor herself, she enjoys helping others reach their business and financial goals.
