Michael Radmilovich has over fifteen years experience devoted to consulting, drafting and reviewing real estate purchase contracts and leases, and the drafting of all manner of necessary documentation in support of real and personal property transactions; all manner of real estate related litigation, including actions involving breached contracts, failure to disclose defects, specific performance of contracts, partition actions between co-owners, disputes regarding the use, scope and existence of easements, boundary line disputes, title defects and quiet title actions, landlord/tenant disputes, homeowners’ association disputes and the establishment and removal of mechanics' liens.

Michael also handles corporate and business transactions, asset protection and estate planning matters: corporations, LLCs, wills, trusts, powers of attorney, and financial and health care directives. He authored an article entitled A Practical Guide to Computerized Legal Research when the method was in its infancy.
